Hello! Welcome to warm, compassionate, and healing psychotherapy focused on helping you deal with whatever’s holding you back;
*childhood or relationship trauma which has affected you in the form of substance use, anxiety or depression,
*or a feeling of stuckness that you just can’t find your way out of.
When you work with me, you’ll find a safe space to process and share aloud thoughts and feelings that you may not feel safe or comfortable expressing anywhere else
I use an integrative model of psychotherapy, informed by my training in Narrative Therapy, internal family-systems therapy (“parts work”) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Harm Reduction Psychotherapy and mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment psychotherapy. My focus is on helping you feel worthy and fulfilled, and becoming closer to your true self
My practice is trauma-centered, informed by anti-oppressive, anti-racist and feminist principles, 2SLGBTQ+ positive, and tailored to you as an individual and the issues you bring to sessions.
